The airport shuttle is so nice and we were so thankful that it ran 24/7. The room was clean but the pillows were almost non-existent. If we hadn’t of gotten in past midnight I would have gone downstairs and asked about different pillows. This made for a somewhat sleepless night. I would definitely go back, I just need to bring my own pillow

I don't know whete to start because our stay went from bad to real bad quickly. Check in was quick and staff on duty was friendly, upon entering our room 506, I could tell the floor had not been vacuumed as thier was dirt and what I assume a dead leaf on the floor. The wallpaper by the desk was yellowing from age or something else but what was really disgusting was the wine smell coming from the bed, my husband moved the bed and matress only to find the wall covered in dried red wine and it was all over the bottom mattress and sheets. On our way out to dinner we informed the front staff who apologized offered us a water or pop from the store and said they would send someone to clean it up. Unfortunately I can't tell you if the problem was fixed because upon returning from dinner we were greeted with the fire department and the fire alarms going off. This was not a hotel issue, we were informed that a guest had removed the smoke detectors from the room. It was taking a very long time to fix, by this time it was about 11pm and I have to give credit to the young man working he handled all the people very well and whoever wanted to go across to the other hotel was welcome too. We chose to go to tbe other hotel as we didn't know when the alarms would be turned off. I fully understand that the fire alarm was not the hotels fault, but the wine spill that was overlooked just left a bad taste in my mouth, if that was overlooked what else did the cleaning staff miss that we cannot see?

A quick overnight stay with friendly service at the front desk. The rooms were clean and updated. I chose to leave my car in their lot in order to save a few dollars at the airport. Fairfield Inn parking was $10/ day, so that’s always a nice amenity. Tom, the helpful shuttle driver was on time and very friendly.

I had a great experience with the hotel sales coordinator and staff during my two-day meeting at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport. First, the location is across from the airport, very convenient for my incoming guests flying in for the conference. Secondly, the conference room was a perfect-size fit for my team. The facility was modern, equipped with a nice, big screen TV -- very crisp, clear view of presentation. In addition, boardroom-style table had ample of legroom and space for a party of 6. Third, the staff was outstanding, giving the last-minute booking and coordination. Kenny Smith, my sales coordinator, was very detail-oriented, responsive, and met all of my meeting expectation. This is my first time ever hosting a meeting at an airport location. I was rather stunned at how much convenient, quiet, and less expensive than downtown hotels. Thank you for your hospitality, accommodation, and making my job much easy!

Great hotel, kind staff. Tom shuttle driver was kind and thoughtful. We stayed at the hotel, left our car and flew out of Buffalo. Staff made the process very easy. Hotel was very clean, quiet and had everything we needed.
